Rich Brown

Director of Business Development

Rich Brown is a twenty year veteran of the technology world. His career began as an engineer with MAPCO, bought by Williams a Fortune 500 energy giant, followed by several years with Community Health Systems, one of the largest healthcare companies in the nation. Rich transitioned into a role as Sales Engineer for a national CLEC and ISP, eventually taking over as Sales Manager. Under Rich’s leadership, his teams have reached regional and national top ranking within their organizations. Rich brings a unique approach to his team, using his years as an engineer to build a business development and sales strategy that drives accountability and results in a way that have set his teams above most of their peers.

Todd Wilson

Director of Operations

A Chicago, IL native, Todd has lived in Nashville since 1997. Todd is a graduate of LeTourneau University in Longview, TX, majoring in Business. He spent 16 years with United Parcel Service in various management positions. Todd has worked at RCG, formerly NationLink Wireless, since 2002 in a variety of roles and most currently as Director of Operations. He is married, 37 years, to his wife Deb and has 2 children, Jeff and Jennel.

Eddie Hooper

Director of Carrier Services

With more than 20 years of management experience in technical and telecommunications procurement and management for a large energy company (Pen Coal Corporation) and a very telecom intensive healthcare company (Medscape) specializing in remote medical transcription, EMR and internet media (Medscape.com and CBSHealthwatch.com), Eddie is in tune with the needs and perspective of telecom centric customers. Having left the healthcare industry in 2000, he was employed as a Data Network Account Executive with AT&T where he delivered voice and data service solutions into the small and medium business segment and had account management responsibility for the business markets in northern and central Alabama for AT&T. Eddie has worked with RCG since 2006 and has expanded his experience to include all major carriers and continues to deliver a high level of service to RCG’s new and existing customers from the most complex to the most basic solutions.
